Hi everyone, my name is Jack Shennan and together with Michael Gomwe we are excited to announce the launch of Shire.

We are on a mission to make sure no one gets taken advantage of when buying a property.

To do that we are building a set of tools, tips, and resources to give the power back to buyers.

Our first product is an AI Property Analyst that helps you easily find hidden risks 🚩 and make your biggest purchase your best.

Our AI Property Analyst reviews the key property documents to discover red flags, the estimated remediation cost, and prepares a timeline of the property. Our customers (like the amazing Bart de Vries!) get a clear and simple roadmap of problems. You can see a sample analysis, an interview with Bart, and next steps on our website.

We know people don't buy everyday - but we still want to provide value. To do this we’ve created a community for home buyers where they can access:
